2. All area rugs, runners, Orientals and similar items (less than wall-to-wall) quoted on a case-by-case basis.

3. Stairs will be charged at the rate of $35.00, including 13 stairs and 1 landing.

3. 10% surcharges will be added for (a) more rural/less accessible locations, including security-protected communities; (b) extra carry distance and/or each floor above first floor w/o elevator; (c) $-for-$ surcharge for development/community entry fees...these will be stacked, as circumstances dictate.

Tile/Grout Floor Cleaning

Tile floors will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, starting at $.45 per sq. ft.
This base rate does not include any furniture (or other items) being moved.

Upholstery Cleaning

Couches & Loveseats - $8.00 per foot, with application of upholstery stain protecter after cleaning

Chair or recliner - $50.00, with application of upholstery stain protecter after cleaning

Ottomans and similar items - $20.00, with application of upholstery stain protecter after cleaning

Office/Computer chair - $20.00, with application of upholstery stain protecter after cleaning

* Leather items - add $2.00 per foot; or 10%, as applicable, including application of leather conditioner *
